Fanny Allen Foundation grants are available to nonprofit organizations serving people in Vermont for one year duration only. All applicants must have proof of nonprofit tax-exempt status. Applicant’s services must be congruent with the mission of the Religious Hospitallers of Saint Joseph, reflecting the compassion of Christ in service to people who are sick and poor, and adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services when applicable.
Applications are due online September 15th for the Fall Allocation or April 15th for the Spring Allocation.
Grant Application Process

If your organization meets all funding criteria, please e-mail your intent to apply to JoAnn Santiago at email@example.com. Your e-mail should include: your name, the program and organization name, and your contact information. You will be notified via email within one week with detailed instructions on the formal application process.
Organizations seeking grant support must re-apply each year. You can only apply once a year. If you previously received a grant from the Fanny Allen Foundation, you must submit a Grant Outcomes Report, if you have not already done so. Your application will not be reviewed if you do not submit an outcomes report for a prior grant.
